Very good, Mike. The colours look very rich and warm. I'm surprised (and you must have been lucky) there are no cars on the street. What time was it taken?

Taken at about 11.30am. Noyers is a small walled town with very narrow streets. There are very few cars about, or people come to that. It's the sort of place I would love to have a crash pad.

Looks like nice light to work with and, as Rob noticed, no cars. The image is very well exposed but you are good at that.

Have you been stocking the cellar?

Beautiful, Mike! I've been itching to go back to France for a long time and you just made it a whole lot worse! When I was there before I was just getting into photography shooting with a Canon Rebel 2000.

The beauty of that is that is captures the very essence of a rural French community.

Y'know, you try and raise the tone of the whole thing. You speak of the suave sophisitication of the French, the style; you glory in the food and the wine; the culture; the art ................

and then someone comes along and compares it to a TV sitcom!

But, when people are part of the harem, they're allowed to do that.
