I am new to the editing world, as I have always shot from the "hip" so to speak. This is a picture I took while my dog and I were taking a walk down Pier 8 in Freeport, TX. I guess I like the clouds...
by the way, i cannot figure out how to upload files, I am new to this forum.

As Donald said, we really need a larger image; but just going by what I can see, I would consider cropping a little bit from the right side and top.
