    Monochrome Mini Competition No. 63

    Here's how it works ...

    - You good folks post MONOCHROME images in the thread (please change your post title to a name for your picture) (Click the "Go Advanced" button)

    - When we get 10 images we will attach a voting poll

    - After 3 days the poll closes and the winner is declared!

    - If you would especially like some critique after the competition poll closes, please make it known in the post

    Too easy eh?

Limit of 1 image per post, and 2 image posts per person.

If there are already 10 in the current comp, please start a new thread

    Monochrome Mini Competition No. 63

    Critique and comments welcome.

Not to complain too much, but why such a small post dimension for our pictures? Although we all face the same constraints, downsizing degrades our images very badly and so requires special editing effort. Sometimes the degradation is unsurmountable!

Donald: Could we use this as a lesson on how to get the hyper focal distance bang- on? I love this shot BTW, and I'd like to have a lesson on this hyperfocal business. I've read the tutorials, but I always seem to be able to expand on what I learned there when we have examples and explanations here at the forum.
