Thanks Manfred. Not only did I forget the image, I entered the title incorrectly including my CiC name!

Looks good to me. You show the entire tree plus a glimpse of distant headland. Good background sky with white but not over exposed clouds. A bit of action happening in the foreground but not too much so it doesn't become a distraction.

This is from Lake Ontario at Confederation Park; I have taken many exposures from this location, but most were during early morning light. This one is taken in late afternoon.

Looks fine to me. Good detail and a nice bit of wispy cloud.

Looking across Lake Ontario at Toronto, glittering in the late afternoon light. Looks like he is saying " Wow!"

I like the colors here but I would have liked to see through the tree foliage a bit better! The sky is gorgeous! It must have been a nice day to explore!

This pic is just a tiny bit dark on my screen. The setup is perfect. I like the light on the buildings in the distance.

I will see if I can lighten the shadows more. Thanks for this comment Sandy.

I think the tree series should be presented within one thread so we can evaluate as a whole. Lightbox will allow the images to be scrolled but singly the first lacks much appeal. I think the two following images have more impact. Nice efforts.

Thanks Sandy. Not sure if I can do much with that. It was late afternoon and I was looking almost into the sunset.

I like the idea of the Confederation Park scene but a pity about the over exposed loss of detail on the left side. Would a slight crop, or a mix of crop and clone, manage to reduce that area where the foliage is possibly a little on the dark side anyway? Good sky colour and cloud detail.

The cyclists are going to be something of a problem whatever you do in the way of reworking an edit. Possibly you can lighten the scene without spoiling the sky, but tricky.

Nice one! This composition would be interesting with a long exposure and completely smooth water.
