Woman knitting

I ran across this woman knitting, sitting outside a shop on a bench doing her knitting in sub-freezing temperatures, in the old part of Leh, Ladahk, India.

I like how she is wearing a down jacket and a vest, she had gloves where her finger tips can poke out. She is wearing a face mask and warm hat. She is re-using an old wool blanket (?) that is sitting on her lap and covering her knees. She is unraveling it as she goes. Now this is one dedicated knitter!

She definitely was. I approached her and pointed to my camera and after I took the shot, showed it to her.
