Is that just heavily compressed or is it blurred - its making my eyes crossed either way which is a shame as its a smashing image.

Nicely composed, elegant simplicity, and the long shutter effect is awesome. I agree with Robin that the (motion?)blur in the detail is disturbing to the senses. There also appears to be evident PP brushing effects on the rocks.
