Fall Colors 2016

Once again the fall colors where at their peak in Algonquin Park and the weather was in the mid 20C. Going up to this provincial park for 40 years and probably the best colors in as many years.

I too notice the tilt. I was famous for my tilted photos so I just turned on my artificial horizon. I don't know why I always had a slant on things, but since I started using my AH, my photos are much more on the level. LOL I thought I recognized the photo locations as I was in Algonquin Park a week earlier and the colours were at Peak for the Sugar Maples. Nice photos. I like the framing in the second photo.

Dave, does it really matter? Are we not more concerned with the content?
To me, there's rather too much sky in the first one but maybe a bit more clarity and contrast MAY improve either image?

It looks to me that we shot from exactly the same spot, a few days apart.

You seem to have had nicer weather than I did though...
