A garden update...for Izzie.
Shot this morning while fooling around with a new-to-me old lens, Nikkor 50mm f1.2.

There is nothing straight, level or square about our garden Dave, and it was too hot to put a knee down for a tripod effect while squatting.

Thank you, Alan. Those are a very nice shot, even if Dave said, it is crooked. Next shot, put your built-in grid or one of those liquid leveler. I have a Manfrotto one but I use a sort of rule of thirds lines built-in on my camera. I like your garden. Thank your wife for me. She is not only a good quilter, but also a very good gardener, Succulents are easy grow in an area like yours. I used to have a lot of them in San Diego and in Oz, too. Hard to kill them though my young son tried to...so he decided to live with them now.
