Lovely, soft light as well as foreground interest and texture. Your use of the shutter speed that didn't quite stop the action of the waves results in a softness and mood that complements the soft light.

Wow! Wonderful composition ... grays, blues, black, and touches of glowing, rusty reds on white. The massive black rock literally and figuratively grounds the shot between its black, distinct form and the cloudy lightness behind it.
