We had a short break near here last week, and the first full day brought what I wanted photographically - a nice haar rolling in from the North Sea (the rest of the family didn't quite see it that way though).
Here's one of the shots:
Next day was bright and clear and I went back for some early morning shots, from just before the sun broke the horizon to about an hour later.
The first is of a small fishing boat, where the reflections in the water are appropriate to the name of the vessel:
and finally one of the breakwater catching the light of the sun which has just broken the horizon;

I will crop the bluish sky at the top to give the composition some more energy.
The light looks so good in the image that the life belt doesn't distract me at first sight.
