Javier - I like the way your subjects face came out, but shooting a dark top against a dark background is not working all that well. This can be done, but requires a second light to make that part of the image stand out from the background. This is done by either brightening up the background with a background light or lighting the back of the subject with a light that lights the edges of the subject and his clothing to create a bright rim. This is referred to as a rim light or a kicker light.
The easier solution is to shoot with a different coloured top that naturally provides contrast between the background and that part of the subject.
