Getting out of the darkness (I mean cave shots), let's move into something more happy and colorful.
After Terra Ronca State Park, we drove further 600km north to reach the state park of Jalapão, in the state of Tocantins (North region of Brazil). Jalapão was the location of CBS 18th season of the reality show "Survivor". The place is quite remote. There are many attractions within the park area, but they are spread out into a very large area and only accesible with a 4x4 vehicle. During a week in the park, we drove some hundreds of km in non asphalted routes (real off road experience), varying from mud to sand and including some small river crossing. Eventually we reached all the points we planned to do and we had a terrific time there. The weather, as expected for this time of the year, was great. So, here are some first images from Jalapão.
