    Don't know if the changes to the site have taken place since you last posted. Check out Dave's very clear directions here if you think that might be the problem.

    You could also read the exchange between Gerry and Wendy here, into which Dave made comments, because that showed up a problem that I didn't know existed (read from Post #41 in the thread). That might also shed some light.
