    Yes, snails can be surprisingly difficult to photograph well.

    Nice shot! Did you need to pan in order to capture Mr. Snail

    My chickens do a great job on snails... They love them...

    Not that I am a technology or light expert but I am guessing the difficulties arise because of the reflective qualities of the shell?

    He was speeding along but i just upped the shutter speed.
