Nice composition, one that I never thought of trying to get and perhaps because there was too much traffic when I was there.

I believe the left side of your photo displays the exterior green balcony of the Dock Street Theater. I hope you were able to go inside.

Thanks Mike - it does show the DS Theater. I did step inside but did not go beyond the front lobby. Will check it out next time.

In the below update I adjusted vertical as much as I could stand.

    Sam,
Your post processing method of choice has created some artefacts around the foliage (Particularly CR) that I would look at giving some more love.

Thanks Rob - I'll give it another look.

Nice one; i was thinking about a cut out just to show the minaret and some foliage on the left side, leaving behind the busy street beneath

Thank Nandakukmar, I thought of that too but I like the geometry of the shot too much to change it drastically.

In your last color version, the church looks more like a photograph and less like an architectural rendering to my eyes. Not so in your other color versions. In your monochrome version, the contrast in the clouds distracts from the church for me.

Thanks, agreed. Good point on the clouds. I was trying to add detail and forgot to access the composition as a whole.

    Well spotted Mike,
Over saturated HDR in Arch images is popular at the moment, good renders by good artists will not display those qualities though.

    Sam,
The second image is a so much more natural, the brick work looks great, what are you using to PP?

Thanks Robbie, in the monochrome I used Nik's PreSharpener & Silver Efex Pro. Then used LR to finish up.

I like the shot Sam I think I'm on the B&W side as I like the dramatic clouds although they distract a bit from the church. A very nice scene and I like the conversion .

I like the colour version Sam...Is it OK if I ask you to remove that rubbish bin? Just a thought...
