    Morning sun hitting the Cribarth

I went for a bike ride on the cycle path behind my house early this morning, with my camera and tripod of course.

The sunlight on the hills caught my eye so I stopped, hid my bike in some bushes and tried to find some interesting foreground for a shot...

very nicely done. I think the patterns in the foreground serve as effective leading lines.

I was a bit suprised when I opened the thread because I was expecting a burning morning sky. A nice and calming scene

Nicely subtle scene. The fine detail looks much clearer when viewed in the Lightbox option.

Missed this one Matt. That's a lovely shot. That little run of mist down the valley is a nice touch.

Apart for that grasses leading the eye to the main subject, I like the smattering of clouds at the top RH corner.

Thanks Izzie, I was debating on whether to clone those out!
