Every thing that needed to be said has been said here. I find the grittiness very nice for this kind of find. But I had googgled what 'urbexing' meant first to under. Anyway, what it is really?

Since googling 'urbexing' I understand what it means, but what is your image use for...that round thing. I know it is Salter brand as I have Salter weight machine in my kitchen and it is a good brand and I like it. What is it really? Forgive my ignorance but there are things in this world I am not familiar about, hence I asked.
