A good shot of an impressive building, Jim, and it looks good in mono. If it were mine, I would remove the bit of different tree, top right; also I would attempt to clone out the cloud that looks like the remains of a contrail (even if it wasn't!).

Love the shot. Maybe lessen the sharpening a bit. That is only my opinion.
