    1000 Trees

Going over some shots from the last few months as it has been raining non-stop here. This is one I never got round to processing, taken at the end of September.

I like the way the light is illuminating the grass in the foreground. Well captured Matt.

Matt, I was beginning to think you were living in a parallel universe when I saw the sunset until I realised it had been made earlier in the year. That is really very nice. If you have pushed the saturation, I would pull back the yellow channel slightly to get a more natural green in the grass but that is a matter of personal preference.

Haha, I can't remember the last time it didn't rain.

Anyway you read my mind about the grass, I do have another version where I have reduced the yellow saturation:

I really like this. It's both interesting and attractive. I think John's suggestion was a good one--the second is much better, IMHO.

The exif is stripped. What was the aperture?

Both are absolutely beautiful Matt. I prefer the second one for the color but also because I find your logo intrusive in the first one.
