    Well as promised I came back to this Donald, and I so glad I did. You've certainly stamped you photographic style on this scene, well done. Having used the Lytebox I think there's a potential for two images here, involving a crop (16-9 maybe) to make more of the bridge structure*. The crop would lose some of the sky which given the shooting conditions has little structure to it. That's not to say that the image as shown isn't good it is, in fact it's very good.

    I have not read all of the comments here at all but I will put my own thoughts: It is a gorgeous image, Donald...I like the misty cold wet look and the texture of the water itself. You surely put that filter to good use...hope to see more images, not just for experiment, but for the artistic thing you can do with it...
