Spring is in the air -so are the bees.
Balancing Act

Heelio-copter.
This tiny native bee seemed to be doing its best to mimic a helicopter.

I love #2 best though they are both good. #2 makes me laugh so early this morning...I have not seen that action in any bee I used to have here...and when I said bees, they really are bees that used to populate my hummer feeder.

I like your crop suggestion Richard although I think I'll do a bit more noise reduction on it as the background looks a bit coarse when looking at it at that size.
For anyone interested the first shot is a normal European bee about half an inch long, the second one is a native bee about three sixteenth of an inch long (5mm)
