They must have had occasions when students abseil that part of the building a la spider man hence the sign. I wonder how far from the bottom that sign is located? In the old days, during Prom night, some students will go steal the principal's "wear item" and put it on the flagpole...I wonder if this is still done today?

This building seems to be a perfect target with students who have been having too much fun with some alcohol. I doubt if they would be able to read the warning notice...
