Rose and grasshopper.

SWMBO has been nagging me about all the dark backgrounds I use. My trouble is that all of my favourite Gimp tools tend to darken things. So this one is done in Sony Express.

I am tired and I forgot to scale down my shot. here it is at the proper size. I am curious if there will be a difference.

I changed the background from Dark Fixed to Dark Fluid and the image looks so much more dramatic. Still can't find the grasshopper.

I had to do a shadow/highlight adjustment in order to finally see the grasshopper.

I just tried changing to dark fluid and can't see any difference but to me the grasshopper is easy to see?
