Helpful Posts: The Gaelic version 'An Spinc' (anglicised to the Spink) literally means 'pointed hill' which I suppose is really an Irish way of saying 'mountain'.
These are three from my recent visit to Glendalough (as featured in an earlier thread). This time, three on higher ground along the Spink trail.
After a very steep ascent through thick forest this is the view looking East over the two lakes of Glendalough.
Nikon Df and Tamron 28-300 PZD at 46mm. 1/160 at f11, iso 100. 4 exposures merged.
Further along the trail and looking West.
