Interesting image, have you thought about what it would look like in monochrome?

Nicely seen. Two thoughts come to mind. (1) would you consider going all out with the symmetry and turning it into a 5 brick shot? (2) staying with 6 is there a way to lower the line where the top 3 meet?

Nice idea Brian, I think that would work better.

Thanks both. Tried it in B&W and did not like.

Is this what you are talking about Brian?

There is something to be said for having an odd number of main subjects in an image.

Very nice image. I do like the 5 brick photo better.

Yes it is. With this crop you get a nicely placed horizon, the rule of thirds comes into play nicely and yet the center brick is what pulls (at least my) eyes.

Hi Jim, although I like the crop I still find the composition more energetic in your original edit
