Izzie, These were waiting to be selected and then cooked... And, no, I didn't select any of them because I had just finished dinner at another restaurant when I walked by this display. I don't often shoot food but, this looked picturesque...
Benji, about the only color enhancement was to select the salmon (image right) and add some additional red to the fish. I suspect that this was farm raised salmon which doesn't normally have the vivid pink of wild-caught fish...
