Those smallish flowers underneath, what are they called? They are in the same shot and I like them too. Will be good for macro shots...

Those are Alstroemeria's Izzie.
Yes, they make great macro subjects too.

We have them in our front planter box too.

I like the exposure on the lower flowers and the second shot, the larger one is a bit hot in the highlights.

Thanks for the info...google says it is a perennial...and is known as cut flowers. And there are a rainbow of colours too...perfect!

I like #1, very refreshing shot
I would reduce the highlights on some very bright parts of the image selectively but as far as I know you don't do PP very much, do you?

On that shot I actually did do some PP. I may have over done it on the highlights. I wanted to emphasize that it was sunny when I took the picture. I don't think I can selectively 'un-highlight' the spots with my software. It works on the whole picture as far as I know.
Glad you found it refreshing though.
