I guess alcohol has a long history of being used medicinally! That is of course the only reason I have a taste every so often!

Makes me wonder if it really is the original recipe. I’m not a big whiskey drinker and I didn’t really research anything much for this. I think that someday I’d like to visit the distillery for the tour.

Thank you for the explanation. I did read your explanation but couldn't see how. But now that I see the bottle without the flames I can see that it is the coloured highlights that give the impression of reflections, along with your artistry. That is a beautiful bottle, and so beautifully photographed.

Love the bottle Terry, interestingly there are claims that the original recipe for Jack Daniels was written by a woman who lived a few miles down the road from where I am:

Interview the woman without being obvious...I am good at that...just chatting them up and letting them talk...especially those that has a lot of story to tell. I could spend hours just listening to them...and then taking pictures toward the end. You might learn something, who knows?

Happy to do it Robbie. I really think that if anyone has any suggestions they would like to offer regarding lighting it is pretty much essential that they know what I did so they don’t have to guess.

As you know, even the most minute adjustment can make a huge difference.
