Thanks for your comments. Here I resized Picture Manager and hope this size is okay for viewing. Another picture was taken on the opposite direction away from the Sun.

I find shots like this too harsh. Don't get me wrong, I do harsh contrast myself, but I think the contrast needs to have some shape and form to it. If you put this into a RAW editor it shows about 40% as blown on the highlights in one large block, which means no detail is there. The colours are good (especially the blue), but I find that white glare too much. Try taking the same shot at sundown/sunrise?
