    Hmmm I like this...nice idea. If you can do a re-shoot, I will suggest not cropping the leaf near the hip.

    Hi Izzie,
    I did consider leaving all the leaf in but it left too much uninteresting space below the hips that did nothing to enhance the photo.

    That is easy Steve...all you have to do is look at your settings, take a photo the same leaf in full, separate it from the photo and overlap it to the original while at the same time, no one will know if you do not tell. Can Aperture do that? I see that you have your settings at 1/200 at F16, ISO 3200 and focal length 135mm.

    I like this image too. Only minor suggestion would be to try to even the lighting on the leaf to the left a little? The light pattern is a little bit distracting.
