A Budding Friendship Rose
I am fascinated with the intricate detail of nature that is revealed through Macro photography. Here is an Yellow African Rose I captured. C&C please]

Nicely done, more detail in the water beads and leaf, the texture of the petals is apparent but has a roughened look rather than softness. I still like the image though.

Looking good Nina! There are two things you might want to consider. The subject seems to be a bit on the dark side. You might try it a bit lighter. The blossom is leaning to the right so you may want to give more space in the direction the blossom is leaning. Hope this helps!

Hi Nina, very nice rose
I would try cropping the image from left as the blossom is leaning to the right and the empty space on the left creates an unbalanced composition. I also agree with Frank about lightening the rose a bit.

Re: A Budding Friendship Rose
Hello Nina: This is a lovely rose, with its soft yellow colour. I would echo the comments of Frank, Binnur, and John as to the lighting and cropping. I look forward to seeing other macro flower shots from you.
