Ganges bathers - Varanasi

An amazing number of people were bathing in the Ganges River. We were doing our best to avoid touching the water and they were fully emmersing themselves. The larger ghats are quite crowed with people heading into the water, so getting a shot of just a couple of them in a decent setting required a bit of luck.

This shot was taken out of a small row boat that we were on in the Ganges.

There is a saying, not very scientific, hat your bugs don't harm you it is the strange or foreign ones that are the problem.
