Trevor in the second image it looks like you got a 2 for 1, besides the plow just above the fencing there is another piece of machinery.

Abandoned stuff is like potato chips, can't just have one. In this case I have to admit the plow and cultivator were inadvertent elements captured while shooting the cattle and hillside. Good eye , I did not even see the cultivator until you pointed it out

We had a professional photographer come and judge at our club a few months ago. He made a remark that I found interesting. He said that when selling his prints he adjusts the saturation slightly depending on the country he is sending them to. For instance in general the Australians prefer more saturated prints than the NZ market.

Trevor the second shot (my preference) would look good as a panorama cropped above the tops of the distant yellow trees and a slither taken off the right to avoid chopping a poor animal in half.

I have several South African doctors as clients. They and their wives cannot understand why Canadians, who live in a drab world six to seven months of the year, have such a muted colour scheme in our clothes and buildings. Yet in the tropics, where you are surrounded by colour, everything and everyone is dressed in bright colours. I wonder why and if Aussies have just a little more colour in their environment compared to Kiwis and thus expect the world to be brighter and more cheerful.

This needs more on the ground exploration. I would be willing to investigate this for a minimal fee plus transport, lodging, food and beer.
