Aw....that is so nice...It's the Beatles in wooded form. Remember that Beatles shot imitated by many -- the street scene. This is one the boat version in the water. Nice...in this case, even number 4 is not a nuisance...even the cloud is not so bad after all...

I was a bit concerned about the even number of boats, considered composing so that there would only be three. I tried a few different edits for the clouds, the original appeared very gray near the tree line.

Very nice image; is there a visual tilt, which may not be real?

Like the various greens and the sky, and 4 definitely works. Does it need a slight clockwise crop??

    Re: Lake Effect

    Wavelength and Slipper,

Thanks for the comments and critique. I am known to get a few of my images at a slight tilt. The park terrain is a series of slopes and the far reaching roadway is an S curve, I don't even think the boats could be considered evenly afloat. Any rotation would be subjective based on the likes of the viewer/editor. I considered using the stop sign as a level structure but even that could be faulty.

Very nice late summer image. You might go back in a couple of weeks to catch the fall foliage. The boats might not still be there though.

    Hi Steve,

Thanks for the comments. Good idea about revisiting the scene.
