I like the composition of your picture, the reflexes on the water, the rope leading to the boat...
However, allow me to suggest that you clone the rope at the left and the small reflection on the water at the bottom left. Oh, and the little paper or wharever is floating there: the white spot. See ?
I like and I think it is well done, the color density diminishing from the bottom of the picture to the top of it. May be a little more density in those whites would benefit the picture...
If you are using LR try to get some detail from the reflection on the water. If you are not using LR try it anyway

And me Sedali ? What am I but an amateur ?

In LR I would try to use the Adjustment Brush (K) to make the shadows more clear.
But you should not overdo it or you are going to have lots of noise.
Regarding the top of the picture try to use a tool I love, love, love: the Graduated Filter (M)
LR 2 mind you !
