Gold & Blue

Interesting, random pattern of clouds at sunset. I like the color contrast between the blue sky and golden clouds. I played with the sliders in Lightroom and Photoshop to emphasize the colors and contrast but keep a natural appearance. I chose to leave the gray clouds at the bottom the "anchor" the image and give it a little more scale.

Lovely clouds. From a viewing perspective, perhaps it would be improved it if had more of a particular subject area. I'm just trying to picture how this would look framed on a wall or something.

These colors are almost exactly the same as colors that I saw and photographed last month of clouds lit by the midnight sun. Mine also included the strong diagonal that you used to make the composition compelling.
