I love seafood. Period. This looks delicious, Travis...I like #1 -- it is a little bit cleaner in looks but I do not know about the backdrop...I think putting on some props like a napkin and some cutleries will be nice, a glass of wine perhaps? A gentle, citrus flavour will be refreshing I think...somehow a half glass of wine with the wine bottle as one of the props helps. Just matter of presentation...
