Helpful Posts: These shots were taken late evening and I was trying to make the best of the soft light. The first two are in Bruges, the third in Barcelona (Place de Catalunya).

Nice set Dave. Never been to Bruges but it is definitely on the bucket list. Barcelona is one of my favourite places. So much to see and enjoy. These are memories I know but cropping the first one to the left of the church and a slice off the bottom would really bring that late sun into prominence. Looks lovely. Enjoyable set.

They all have a lovely ambience and taken at the time of day I love wandering around a strange city with a camera while trying to ignore my wife pointing out that by now we should be sitting down in a restaurant.

Excellent quality, Dave. Although I've not been to Bruges, I am looking forward to someday returning to Barcelona. The architecture there is phenomenal. Now I'll need to add Bruges to the wish list!

Dave, I am not a fan of tourist type images but, I am a fan/enthusiast of light, and you sir, have done a stellar job in capturing that light in these images. Very well done my friend.

Both these places are well worth a visit. Bruges has something of interest around every corner and Barcelona is just full of life with some spectacular architecture.

Thank you for sharing. It shows how special images can be for capturing that gorgeous light. Something that I am working on seeing and capturing. Beautiful detail! I love the composition in the 2nd image but the first is my favourite for the overall beauty.
