A fine set of images indeed, Rita. I am a bit surprised that you traded DoF for shutter speed in the last image. Was the object being blown about by wind perhaps?
Hi, Rita. Looks like you just had a good time enjoying nature and your camera. Nice eye for opportunities. Varied subjects and all interesting. The perspective on the flower provokes a bit of thought to figure out the angle etc. The dragon flies (or whatever they are properly called) are nice and sharp but the BG is a bit distracting.
Thank you Frank. You hit the nail on the head, there was a breeze blowing just enough to have things moving around
Dan, thank you for your feedback. I did have a very good time being outside yesterday. The flower was sort of an experiment that I am not sure I really succeeded at. A case of what I saw didn't totally get captured, maybe next timeAs for the dragon flies (?) they weren't to cooperative as to where they landed. They either chose this spot or on the gravel

Ditto what's been said already Rita. Of the three I like no. 2 best but I don't think it needs all of the RHS. I think the insects in the first are Common Blue Damselflies but we have some experts on here who will correct me if I'm wrong.
I especially like #2 Rita, #1 is nice too but the BG is a bit busy![]()
Thanks for the feedback John, Binnur, and John. I am going to work on the insects from 1 during the summer and see if I can improve on them.
