    The eggs have hatched.

I went to the local lake this morning and found that one set of geese had their young. Too cute to pass up so here are a couple of the little ones. I found it pretty hard to focus because the little rascals kept running away on me. Any comments, feedback, critiques etc are most welcomed.

Storing them overnight in the fridge usually slows them down somewhat.

All cute, Rita...the evil ones need to have their eyes a little bit shiny for emphasis, don't you think?

OFF TOPIC: William...I saw some bees today so I put a bait for them to come and that is exactly what I intend to do when I catch one --put them in the fridge before photographing them. So far no bees as if they knew what I have in mind...

Thank you Jack. Yes, there is an evil look there. Can you imagine the attitude when he/she becomes an adult if this look is there when they are supposed to be cute and fluffy

Thank you Izzie. At the rate that these little ones were moving around I am just happy that I got eyes

Thank you Dan. It poured with rain yesterday and I did the low angle by kneeling and sitting on the ground, very wet ground. And I wondered why people were looking at me funny as I walked to my car

Like these very much. I get looks too & toots from passing motorists - weird photographers.

Thanks Pania. We might be 'weird' photographers but look at the fun we have

The low angle makes these for me as well Rita. Low angle +wet grass = Damp knees and a wet....suffering for your art.
