    The last one is my favorite of the entire group. It incorporates the bridge railing in a way that nicely complements the rest of the image on several levels.

    Now that your thread has so many images, you might want to number them so people can easily reference the photo number.

    It's a beautiful series, Manfred. Thanks always for the information you contribute to these discussions. I learn (or at least attempt to learn ) a lot from your comments. I really like the first composition.

    I thought I might show the technique I used to build pretty well all of the images (across all seasons) of this project.

    All of the images are built on two or three images at different exposures and are hand blended rather than using software (HDRI or Enfuse). I extensively use layer masks to hide or revel parts of the image below. I often use clipping masks in my work, but didn't need any for these pieces.
