reflection
This is a spoonbill duck that I took awhile ago but finally did the processing. Looking for any feedback on the PP and generally
on the overall look of it.
Any feedback is most appreciated.

Re: reflection
Rita...never before seen a reflection on water that still, the bird doesn't seem as crispy as what I would have thought. What did you do in PP?

Re: reflection
Thank you Bruce & David.
Chauncy, not in this order but in PP I cropped the original, did some basic adjustments, added some saturation to the water, and removed a whole lot of specks from the water and that's about it. In reality the water really was that smooth, the bird was in a sheltered side piece of the lake (not saying that too well) where everything was still .
I am going to do some more work on the bird later today to see if I can get it a little better (more crispy). If you have any suggestions on how I can get it better I am all ears

Re: reflection
Hi Rita, i know alot of pple might be against this but your image in my view really lends itself to a nice painterly effect, unfortunately for me its not sharp enough to be a " nature " image, but i still really am fascinated by it. The ripples look too Blue naturally in the water, but i think as a painterly effect it would really stand out. Personally i would crop in tighter, get hold of a Paint brush tool and have some fun. Photography cant possibly be ALL about sharpness!!!
BTW i love the brown orange on its wing, thats what made me think of the paint effect
