is this too much

Hi all just wanted to see what everyone thought on this picture is the sun flare too much or is this okay

it's not unpleasant but is that where you want to draw the viewer's eye?

In my opinion if you really are interested in what I think...you should have moved a little bit more to the left so we can see the view, the scenery and not much of the dominant tree at the right. But then, this is me...others may have their own view....

Given the position of the sun to your viewpoint I think masking it a little with the tree branch is a reasonable solution. The flare is a bit distracting but does not overly worry me. I think cropping some or all of the foreground maybe an improvement but it very much depends on what you wish to achieve.

I find the sun flare a bit distracting but the place is very nice,you can try other shots with different angles if it is near where you live.
