    Looking for bird identification

Here are two birds that are unknown to me.

This one was about 10-12 inches tall and was trying to eat out of the bait bucket...not shy at all.

This one was quite a bit taller and an absolute blast to watch hop around, puff himself all out and finally catch a fish.

The first is a Little Blue Heron and the second a Reddish Egret.

For the white birds, there are a lot of them in Florida. Here is some help with identification.

Thanks Brian. Yes I would have to agree that there are a bunch of white birds in FL. The Reddish Egrets are fun to watch, for a while I forgot I had camera in hand.

Although all of these birdies are very nice looking (you gotta be kidding!!!! ) for the composition, sharpness and poses, I am attracted to #3 for the unique-ness of its angry looking pose. It will help if you clone out that piece of something on the top right hand side of the shot. My eyes keeps going to it instead of lingering on the bird shot...honest!

I've shot a fair number of those creatures (GBH(s) and Egrets) and gotten a fair number of nice images.
But, what strikes me about the GBH is...they are a butt ugly and prehistoric looking bird that have the photogenic qualities of a vulture picking the eyes out of a piece of carrion.
