Very photogenic bit of the world. All the images are fascinating and I like the monochrome.

Can I come visit Jeff? You'd never see me unless you wanted to go traipse about with the camera all day and dine in rural french cafe's

Seriously, you have some lovely scenery in your part of the world. The series is very nice and I like the monochrome as well. The first is my favorite but I wonder if you could do without some of the sky by making it a 16:9 ratio and losing the part above the opening in the clouds?

I also like the lines in the last shot and the texture in the grasses(?) that lead you to the windows in the building that mimic the shape of the grass mounds. The grasses look a tad over sharpened on my monitor but is quite a nice shot.

I like #1. Did I see the shape of a lips in the clouds there? Then #2 at the top left hand corner cloud is a cute little doggie... or am I imagining things a little bit too far? Anyway, good series.

That lavender is beautiful Jeff. The soft colors and tonality in this version make it preferable to the black and white for me - and I really like the black and white version!

Thanks - the B&W was a bit of a punt, really ! I prefer this version too.
