That subject certainly has interesting possibilities. Ideally, I would have liked to use a smaller lens setting to show more of the sides which would make the door appear taller. You have a patch of over exposure at the top right corner. Sometimes this is difficult to avoid at certain sun angles. If I am aware of a potential problem at the time of shooting I like to use a bit of exposure compensation and take several images with different exposures in the hope that one will be correct.
The darker areas of a slightly underexposed photo can be lightened with editing but once those highlights get over exposed they are lost forever.
Can you reshoot the subject because I am sure there is a good photo there.
