canon rebate

I wasn't sure which section to put this in so dropping it in here.

I purchased the printer, paper and camera package for the $400 rebate by canon.

I already did the pre-registration for the rebate online and printed out the document.

My question is, I can see what to cut out of the printer box, but my camera box doesnt match up to anything.
What do I cut from the camera box to send out?

Usually, for a rebate, they want the original UPC bar code if nothing other then that is specified.
