Some new Honey Bee images
Hi all..got some more Bee images today, im stil trying to get it alll right. Set flash to manual, Macro lens and 20mm ext tube. I'm happy with the colours today..theres not that whole tint to the image, and the bee colours seem to be pretty much spot on.
It was quite fun today, finally understand the effects of changing aperture when flash is set to manual..made for a few missed shots.
Also..i upped my aperture today, went to F16
Let me know what ya think? Thanks all!!

Looks good to me; and one shot shows the wing veins to prove that it is a honey bee.

Hi Claudio,
Great images bud,you have managed to diffuse the flash spot on and as you say, your colours look spot on too!
Well done mate

Claudio,
Great series that shows you are mastering that flash on manual to it's best advantage.
No 2 has such excellent wing detail, not easy to achieve with a side view. Not sure of your PP process but I get the feel there is scope for just a tad more sharpening or it could be that they have softened slightly on download?
I just tried some LCE (local contrast enhancement) on No 2, makes quite a difference.

Nice, they don't look harmful.
