Dear fellows,
I was reviewing the images from my visit to Pantanal and found some neglected images that I think are not bad. So, I played with them a couple of hours and decided to share them with you. I hope they do justice to the original thread, that was dedicated to the memory of my grandfather (he passed away a couple of weeks before my trip). Here is the link to the original thread:Expedition: Pantanal - In memory of my Grandfather (SERIES) . C&C welcomed, as always. Kindest regards,
#1 - Anhinga
#2 - Yacare Caiman
#3 - Great blue heron
#4 - Jabiru
#5 - Southern Crested Caracara - A Juvenile one
#6 - March deer baby
#7 - Southern Crested Caracara - Adult
#8 - A Wattled Jacana and...
#9 - ...its nest, with the eggs! I found it amazing how these wonderful birds hatch their eggs over the water, on floating plants. They are light enough to walk over the water plants.
Thanks for viewing!
