Why oh dear?
It has been on the cards for a while and the proposed first appearance (in a glass case though) at CES is well known.
Nikon is usually quite predictable on its releases, particularly at Pro level.
If you are thinking of buying as a Pro it will be a no brainer. If you are just upgrading, then the 4s will usually be more expensive when they get round too putting the price tag on it.
